Our Trails
The Waipara Valley Vineyard Trail gives riders and walkers the opportunity to experience close up world-class vineyards, historic farms and the beauty that is the Waipara Valley. The trail is currently 7km long and weaves through working vineyards and farms, accessing cellar doors and restaurants of wineries that look out on the expansive views of the valley to the main divide.
To extend the trail and make it one loop back to Waipara Domain, please help by donating to The Omihi Creek Bridge fund so we can build a bridge to keep everyone safe and off SH1 and complete a loop back to Waipara and the domain, extending the trail by another 4 km.
